Lifeline Certification
Oklahoma Lifeline Discounts
Basic Service Only $1.45/Month with the Oklahoma lifeline Discount. Customers are not charged for Toll-Blocking or EUCL
Linkup Start-Up $30.00 plus tax. If you qualify for Linkup, a discount of $100.00 will be applied to your set-up processing fee.
Lifeline Qualifiers
To qualify in Oklahoma an applicant MUST participate in one of the following programs.
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) f/k/a Food Stamps
- Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC)
- Supplemental Social Security (SSI)Medical Assistance (MEDICAID)
- Vocational Rehabilitation - including aid to the hearing impaired
- Oklahoma Sales Tax Relief
- Federal Public Housing (Section 8)
- Low Income Energy Assistance Program
- Bureau Of Indian Affairs General Assistance
- Temporary Assistance For Needy Family (TANF)- Tribally-Administered Block Programs
- Head Start Programs - Only applicant or customers who satisfy the income qualifying eligibility provision; or
- National School Lunch Program - Only applicant or customers who satisfy the income standard of the program for free meals
